Rose graduated from Texas Woman’s University and has worked full-time in nursing in Southern California.
She now has over 25 years in Hospital Case Management experience; at the bedside, in leadership roles and on the corporate level. She is nationally certified as an ACM-RN and a nationally known speaker.
In 2014 she created Rose M. Turner Consulting and has been working with hospital case management departments to improve processes, develop new projects and education.
It was through her consulting career she found a need for increased education and orientation for hospital case managers. In 2017 she launched ongoing educational classes for case managers in the hospital setting.
Rose has worked at the bedside as a Case Manager for over 8 years. She has successfully dealt with many difficult discharge planning issues (ask her to tell you the Fiji story) and has developed practices that make every case manager successful.
